India’s MSMEs run on automation and safety solutions priced for larger industry, or they run without them at all. Six years of hands-on, self-taught work have gone into closing that gap factory by factory, with some of it extending beyond India as the same problem showed up elsewhere. It’s taught me what works on the floor. It hasn’t taught me how to make that work scale past what one person can personally oversee.
Recognized by the IEA Book of World Records as the Emerging Pharma Equipment Company of the Year for contributing to the development of a ventilator prototype during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Developed under severe lockdown restrictions and supply-chain disruptions, the project demonstrated innovation, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving during a period of critical medical equipment shortages. The experience reinforced my commitment to creating practical engineering solutions that improve resilience, support public welfare, and deliver meaningful industrial impact.

During COVID-19 lockdowns, I coordinated ventilator prototype development under severe supply-chain shortages, sourcing components and solving technical problems in real time to help address a critical medical equipment crisis.
After witnessing workers suffer chemical burns from unsafe manual handling, I helped build an automated solvent evaporation system that removed that risk while also improving process efficiency and consistency.
I led the team that built a servo-based welding tightening system for the automobile industry, replacing manual operation and securing the client order that brought it into production, and further increasing production output.
Most industrial facilities still run on reactive maintenance, fixing failures after they happen, not before. Years of exposure to MSME environments shaped my interest in predictive, data-driven approaches to operational reliability and worker safety.
